Steve is a seasoned professional trumpeter, serving many years as a trumpet for various theatre shows and stage performances. Aside from touring nationally and internationally, Steve is at home in the recording studio or playing for big bands and orchestral ensembles, as well as various runs of musical theatre.
Recent highlights include playing both The Royal Albert Hall and The O2 with up-and-coming artist Tom Grennan in 2019, together with headlining prestigious festivals like Wilderness and Latitude. Symphonica, an orchestra featuring multiple World Champion scratch DJ Mr. Switch, headlined the Shangri-La stage on Friday night at Glastonbury as well as being a frequent visitor to Lusty Glaze in Newquay for their Summer Sundowner Sessions.
Steve also co-runs a New Orleans-inspired brass band Fat Cat Brass, providing fun and entertainment to many parties, weddings and corporate functions.
Steve is a family man living in a very musical household; his wife and children all play instruments. Morgan loves playing the trombone, and Rosie is great little drummer!
